WHAT IS A TRUE VOICE NYC MEMBER?

A True Voice member is any singer with the drive and passion to develop and evolve as a singer and performer.

A True Voice Member receives more than a weekly voice lesson. Our members have a deeper and more applied connection to their training and understand the reality of what it takes to be a solid performer at any skill level.

Whether you pay for single sessions or a monthly membership, you are automatically a True Voice Member - no hidden fees or surprises.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We recognize life's demands, and want to accommodate individual schedules, however, we insist upon consistent and regular training. Whether you sign up for weekly, or alternating weekly lessons, a high commitment to your training is expected.

24 - HOUR COURTESY

Should something change in your schedule, and you are unable to attend your session, you must notify your teacher and /or administration 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. E-mail or phone call.

Your session will be rescheduled for another day within the month. Should rescheduling not work out, your session will roll over.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

All late cancellations result in a forfeited session. You will be charged for late cancellations.

We are aware that unexpected cancellations may arise. Your instructor will do his or her BEST to make up time as per the individual case.

Late cancellations due to extenuating circumstances e.g. bad weather, sickness, and family emergency will be excused.

PAYMENT POLICIES

If you take a break, book a gig or need some time off, NO PROBLEM. Just let us know and we will pause your membership until you return.

Single session members pre-pay weekly for sessions. Payment must be received one week in advance of your scheduled session. Failure to pre-pay causes scheduling and billing confusion, and is highly discouraged.

Monthly members pre-pay one month in advance. Your card is automatically charged and your membership renewed on a monthly basis. Sessions cancelled on time will be rescheduled, preferably, or can roll over. Your billing schedule/ cycle will reflect this. You will not be charged for the next month until each session is completed. You will also receive a monthly email confirming membership renewal.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not available on packages or classes. A partial refund will be granted for extenuating circumstances.

*Packages must be used with 8 weeks of purchase. Sessions not redeemed within 8 weeks of purchase will be forfeited.
